Clean rooms, but dubious service

The hotel's cleanliness and modern design impressed me, with a well-equipped bathroom and a spacious king-size room. The friendly staff also enhanced the experience.

Last time we stopped we had a brand-new, tastefully decorated room with Kitchenette and 2 queen bed, as example. The staff was helpful, doing great job. Appreciated the location in the middle of jackson;)))

Staff needs to acknowledge pest problems seriously!!! A bit more attention to guest requests would improve the experience greatly!!! Room size inconsistency is puzzling too. Charge for late checkout feels unnecessary!!!

The rooms are super spacious with modern decor and a luxurious bathroom. Loved the kitchenette 😍 But had an ant problem that was brushed off. Definitely check your space for pests first!

great access to parks and museums for weekend exploration

during my stay, I appreciated the short walk to the Brush Country Museum with insights into local history, and the close proximity to parks where I enjoyed leisurely strolls and beautiful views.

The spacious king-size room with a kitchenette made our family stay super comfy and convenient.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids, especially exploring nearby parks and letting them play safely. The kids had a blast! We appreciated the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere, easier to manage our large group.

My wife says that staff attitudes could improve.

Ants were a major problem , with management's approach to pest control feeling dismissive. The lack of professionalism from staff in addressing concerns left a negative impression. There was also a large spider in the second room. The breakfasts with yogurt were a nice touch.

The bathroom felt luxurious, and the hotel was super clean. We loved the convenience of the fridge and microwave in our room, and the laundry facilities were a huge plus for us during our trip.

It was just an optimal selection for a momentary visit in Cotulla with great value. The staff was quick to offer pet-friendly services at check-in. Make sure to inspect your room upon arrival for any pests before settling in.

After being moved to a smaller room, I encountered a black widow spider, which heightened my discomfort . A request for a late checkout was met with an unexpected additional charge, reflecting a lack of understanding in customer service.
